Vrindavan: Uttar Pradesh Sugarcane Development and Sugar Mills Minister Shri Lakshmi Narayan Chaudhary said that Sadhvi Ritambhara Ji’s Vatsalyagram project has given the world a unique message of motherly care, compassion, and social integration. He remarked that the initiative, which began 24 years ago, has successfully brought neglected and abandoned children into the mainstream of society and continues to scale new heights.
He was addressing the gathering during the 24th Foundation Day celebrations of Vatsalyagram, organized at Samvid Gurukulam Girls Sainik School, Vrindavan.
A Vision That Has Transformed Lives
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Lakshmi Narayan Chaudhary said that Vatsalyagram was established with the noble objective of providing love, care, and opportunities to children who had been deprived of family support and social acceptance.
He noted that the institution has become a living example of how compassion and commitment can transform lives. According to him, the Vatsalyagram model demonstrates that every child, when nurtured with affection and values, can become a responsible citizen dedicated to serving the nation.
Tribute to the Vision of Sadhvi Ritambhara Ji
During the program, JGLS University Chancellor Shri Narayan Das Agarwal appreciated the pioneering work of Sadhvi Ritambhara Ji and stated that she has provided a new direction to society through her service initiatives.
He observed that the seeds planted by Sadhvi Ritambhara Ji twenty-four years ago have now grown into a strong and inspiring institution. Referring to the land of Lord Krishna, he said that just as Mother Yashoda expressed her motherly affection for Shri Krishna in Braj, Sadhvi Ritambhara Ji has extended the same spirit of nurturing care to countless children through Vatsalyagram.
Sadhvi Ritambhara Ji, in her address, stated that children raised in the Vatsalya family are today dedicating themselves to the service of the nation and society.
Cultural Performances Conveyed the Message of Indian Values
Students from Samvid Gurukulam Girls Sainik School, Krishna Brahma Ratna Vidya Mandir, and Vaishishtyam presented cultural performances during the celebration.
Their presentations highlighted Indian culture, moral values, and patriotism, earning appreciation from the audience. Through dance and artistic expression, the students conveyed the importance of character-building and national consciousness.

International poet Shri Vineet Chauhan presented the powerful performance “Bharat Gaurav Gatha.” The presentation generated feelings of patriotism and national pride among the audience and received an enthusiastic response from those present.
Hindi Olympiad Honors for Educators
Teachers who have made significant contributions to Hindi language and education were honored under the Hindi Olympiad Samman. They were presented with trophies and certificates in recognition of their efforts to promote Hindi and educational excellence.
